At ShipTrac, Inc., (“ShipTrac,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality technology and logistics-related services to our customers. Due to the nature of our services, all fees, subscriptions, service charges, implementation fees, setup fees, consulting fees, and other payments made to ShipTrac are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by ShipTrac.
No Refunds
Once services have been purchased, initiated, delivered, configured, accessed, or otherwise made available, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of business circumstances
- Customer dissatisfaction
- Failure to utilize the service
- Cancellation after purchase
- User error
- Changes in business operations
- Misunderstanding of service features
- Early termination of service
Subscription Services
If ShipTrac offers recurring subscription services, customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund of previously paid fees.
Exceptions
Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of ShipTrac, Inc. ShipTrac reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any exception will be granted.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact ShipTrac first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of these terms and may result in suspension or termination of services.
